Illustration for Science

I have had the pleasure of working several times with scientists-- as an illustrator and a collaborator. Here are a few examples from illustrations. Most of the images below are from a project with Dr. Ben McFarland, illustrating his book, "A World From Dust: How the Periodic Table Shaped Life" published by Oxford University Press in 2016. Other examples are from a book on Ambulatory Practices in a textbook penned by Marti Garrels.
